The computer server upgrade we are performing this weekend is taking a little longer than expected. We anticipate online services & full-service debit card access will not be restored until late afternoon Sunday (July 20).

We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing this weekend due to the lack of computer access. We appreciate your understanding, patience, and cooperation while we complete this upgrade are quickly as possible. Thank you!


Leyden Credit Union will be upgrading its primary computer server on the weekend of July 18-20, 2014. This will cause some interruption to our Internet, Mobile, and Debit Card services.

At the close of business on Friday, July 18, 2014 (approximately 7:00pm), we will shutdown Leyden Online, Bill Pay, LAURA, and LCU Mobile. Access to those services will be unavailable for approximately 24 hours. We anticipate restoration of service by Saturday evening (July 19), but may be as late as Sunday afternoon (July 20).

Due to our computer system being unavailable to our staff, our office will be closed on Saturday, July 19th for both lobby and drive-up service. Telephone calls made to the office will hear our after-hours attendant prompts. No calls will be answered by employees since computer access will not be available. Members may leave voice mail messages to employees if desired.

On Sunday (July 20), access to LAURA and our Online Services may be intermittent, with occasional service outages as we conduct final testing and perform database backups of the new computer server.

Any important money transfers, loan payments, or Bill Pay access should be completed prior to this interruption or wait until online services are fully restored.

Debit Cards (Check Cards) will function in a reduced-service mode during the computer upgrade.  You may experience unexpected declines of large-dollar purchases or possibly after many small-dollar purchases. Please have an alternative payment method available to you until Debit Card service is fully restored.

Leyden Credit Union Credit Cards are NOT affected by this computer upgrade and will be fully functional at all times.

This computer upgrade will prepare Leyden Credit Union for an upcoming software update for improved membership & account administration and for future enhancements to our online and electronic services.
